Returns & Refunds policy

HSEInnovate (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides professional training programs, workshops, consulting, and digital learning services. This policy governs cancellation and refunds for services only, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

1. Right to Cancellation

As per Rule 4(3) of the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, consumers are entitled to transparent information regarding cancellation and refunds.

You may cancel your service order within 7 days from the date of purchase, only if the service has not commenced and access has not been provided.

Cancellation requests made after commencement of service shall not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once purchased:

• Live training programs and workshops (including demo workshops)

• Digital courses, recordings, dashboards, or downloadable learning materials

• Services where access credentials or links have been shared

• Consulting, advisory, assessment, or customized training services

• Services purchased under promotional pricing, discounts, or limited-time offers

This is in line with Rule 4(8) of the E-commerce Rules, which permits businesses to define fair and transparent refund conditions for services.

3. Demo Workshops & Promotional Offers

All demo workshops, trial sessions, and services offered at highly discounted or promotional prices are provided for evaluation purposes only and are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved in accordance with this policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval

• Refunds will be issued using the same mode of payment used for the transaction

• No additional charges will be levied on the consumer

5. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

To request cancellation (where eligible), the consumer must submit a clear written request via email before the service commences.

6. Service Rescheduling & Transfer

At our sole discretion, HSEInnovate may permit:

• One-time rescheduling to a future batch, or

• Transfer of enrollment to another eligible participant

Such accommodations do not constitute a refund and are subject to availability.

7. No Automatic Cancellation

In compliance with the E-commerce Rules, no service shall be cancelled without consumer consent, except in cases of force majeure, regulatory restrictions, or technical infeasibility, in which case an appropriate refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
