You may cancel your service order within 7 days from the date of purchase, only if the service has not commenced and access has not been provided.
Cancellation requests made after commencement of service shall not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same mode of payment used for the transaction
No additional charges will be levied on the consumer
